Dr. John Nakabago President AAPAM officially opened the 43rd AAPAM round table conference in Lusaka Zambia at Avani Hotel. The chief guest at the opening ceremony is the Zambian Vice president.
In his speech ahead of the chieftain guest, the AAPAM vice president emphasized AAPAM lasting legacy of sharing studied and researched experiences in the management of the public sector. In her opening speech the Vice President of Zambia called for public administration to invest in research around digital fraud, the 0lace of Africa in the AI revolution and technology based security management. She thanked the organizing committee for choosing Zambia and requested all to spend a little more time visiting the tourist capital of Africa.

The Ugandan delegation at AAPAM is lead by the Minister of public service Hon Muruuli Mukasa, the delegation has several permanent secretaries, under secretaries and Directors. The Director General UMI Dr. James Nkata is attending the conference as the Ugandan chapter secretary General
