UMI Staff attend a Workshop at University of Western Cape, South Africa
UMI staff attended a two-week workshop on the curriculum enhancement and ToT at the University of Western Cape, South Africa.
One of the primary outcomes of this workshop was the development of a comprehensive draft outline for the upcoming Masters course in Digital Logistics Services. The triparte collaborative effort between University of Western Cape (UWC), Hochschule Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU) and Technology (HNU) and Uganda Management Institute (UMI) has proven instrumental in shaping this outline, ensuring its relevance and applicability in the evolving landscape of logistics. The project is funded by DAAD, Germany.
As part of the training materials for the course, each university (UMI and UWC) received a set of essential equipment necessary for the continued success of this project.
