Questions
You can apply online through the UMI application web portal (https://admissions.umi.ac.ug). There also guidelines on how to apply. You are required to have a telephone number and email to create an Account. Then you will be able to login, choose a Course – Fill in all the required details of the form, attach documents and pay the applications fee.
As soon as your request has been received, reviewed and accepted. You will be able to view your admission letter on the application page you used. Like in a few days, two to three days.
Once a student has successfully logged in to your student’s portal, select (Registration/enrollment track) Option then, generate an Exam Permit but only after full registration and completion of tuition but if not registered then it will require you to first register before proceeding.
IDs are obtained by students who have completed full registration with the Registrar. After registration, your name is included on the class list of your Course. You are always requested to visit the IT help desk to take ID Photos and for more information about your student ID.
