UMI seals partnership with Cuban Mission
The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Uganda has this morning (28.08.23) hosted the Director General Uganda Management Institute Dr James Nkata for a partnership discussion at the Cuban Embassy in Kampala. Dr Nkata was accompanied by The Dean school of of Civil Service and Governance, Dr Sylvester Kugonza alongside Dr Aida Lubwama Nyenje from the same school.
The visit was aimed at a discussion about the collaboration between UMI and the Cuban govt to run a program in Diplomacy and International Relations. The discussions have been very fruitful and the Institute looks forward to complete corporation in the implementation of the program. The corporation envisaged will enhance human resource competences on Diplomacy and will also have a component of faculty exchange programs.
