The prestigious certification is granted by the International Commission on Accreditation of Public Administration (ICAPA) which operates under the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) and the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS).

This global recognition confirms that UMI’s MPA curriculum, faculty expertise, and institutional frameworks meet the highest international benchmarks, specifically aligning with the newly updated Standards of Excellence 2025. These global standards were jointly developed by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) and IASIA/IIAS to champion world-class governance and public leadership education.
