Empowering Healthcare Leaders: UHI Staff Benefit from Comprehensive Training

UMI partnered with the Uganda Heart Institute (UHI) to deliver a transformative Leadership and Management Training program. Scheduled from May 26 to June 10, 2025, this 10-day initiative aimed to equip UHI staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive excellence in healthcare delivery. The training program boasted a robust curriculum that covered essential topics, including:
- Foundational Leadership and Management: Introduction to management and leadership principles
- Effective Communication: Developing strong interpersonal skills
- Mindset and Critical Thinking: Fostering innovative problem-solving
- Personal Growth and Branding: Enhancing professional development
