Uganda Management Institute is a fully accredited study Branch by CIM-UK and in an effort to reflect emerging trends in the Marketing discipline, CIM - UK in partnership with UMI launched the new syllabus where student will either take on the non – digital or digital route to attain the qualification. Doing a stand-alone route module is also allowed.

Admissions Requirements

To qualify for this programme;

  • Avail your detailed CV, National ID, One Passport Size Photograph (Recent)
  • Avail your Academic transcripts/any other academic documents.
  • Evidence of your relevant working experience
  • Prove to us that you will have access to a laptop or desktop plus Internet access.
  • You will be required to confirm that you will follow CIM code of conduct
  • After vetting for the appropriate starting level by UMI, fill in an application form.
  • Join CIM as Studying members using http://www.cim.co.uk/ and click on the membership tab, then click on Affiliate Studying, then scroll down and click ‘Become a member’. This will then take you to the sign in page where you create an account and register for Affiliate studying membership of £65 paid directly to CIM-UK using a Master card, Visa card.
  • Pay UMI tuition fee which is 400,000/= for East Africa, £150 for Non-East African per paper at all levels.
  • Students are required to pay 50% of the UMI tuition fee at the beginning of the semester, and 50% at the end of the second month, endeavor to obtain receipt (proof of payment) from accounts office
  • Arrange to pay examination fees to CIM-UK

– Level 4: 115 Pounds
– Level 6: 135 Pounds
– Level 7: 170 Pounds
Membership and Application: 65 Pounds (Paid directly to CIM-UK using Master card, Visa card, American Express either Debit or Credit card, or direct transfer)
