Joseph Kampumure is a certified public Accountant and a member of the national professional accountancy body in Uganda (ICPAU), a member of IFAC. He has taught at several Universities for over fifteen years where he supervised many students pursuing master’s degree in finance related fields. His research areas are Financial literacy, Lease financing and financial inclusion. He has consulted widely in the Public Financial Management. He has also developed several post graduate academic programmes and modules. Joseph currently heads the department of Finance and Accounting at Uganda Management Institute.
