We are a team of dedicated professionals with expertise in project management and strategic consulting. Our mandate within the Institute is to provide and coordinate consultancy services; manage and coordinate projects; solicit, design and implement tailor made courses, as well as manage prospectus short courses. This is aimed at assisting businesses and organizations to achieve their objectives by building their capacities through the provision of tailored solutions and expert guidance. With 16 years of experience in executing various consultancies, we have the knowledge and skills to assist you in overcoming challenges and maximizing opportunities.

Other Engagements

- Managed the implementation of six (6) prospectus short courses attracting 71 participants (57 Ugandans and 14 International participants)
- Coordination of ongoing (yet to graduate) PhD and Masters students under the AfDB HEST Project
- Prepared and submitted 9 proposals for both training and non-training consultancies of which 3 were awarded to UMI and we are yet to get a response from the pending 6
