Within the Institute, the Projects Unit is mandated to initiate, market and manage tailor made training programmes, consultancies and other projects efficiently and effectively.

Objectives:

  • Solicit for training and consultancy businesses
  • Respond to requests for proposals
  • Coordinate delivery of training, consultancy and other projects in the public and private sector
  • Ensure quality in the delivery of consultancy services and project implementation
  • Initiate and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations
