The Management Department is mandated to develop management capacity at postgraduate levels and undertake research, consultancy in the areas of general management, project management, monitoring and evaluation in non government organizations, private sector development, development economics to support the national goals of economic development and poverty reduction.
The main goal of the department is to provide the required insights and leadership to transform and modernize the NGO and private sector by regularly aligning her programs and research agenda to the needs of the sector.
The department of management enables both middle and entry level managers to acquire hands-on skills that enhance their capability execute their day to day managerial functions more effectively.

- Postgraduate Diploma in Management (DIMA)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (DPPM)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Resource Mobilization and Management (DRMM)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (DME)
